Our story began in 1966 with the passion and creativity of Pietro Casella, a young chemist-biologist who, after initially gaining experience in a food multinational, decided to found Formec Alimentari. The company was founded with the ambitious goal of ensuring the highest quality at every stage of production, from the monitoring of raw materials to the finished product. The decision to invest in the evolution of the prepacked foods market and the expansion of large-scale retailers turned out to be a master-stroke that, many times, enabled us to create brands and products capable of satisfying new consumption habits. Since then, our progress has been marked by continued growth and innovation, and today we can proudly say that we are one of Italy’s largest producers of sauces and condiments.
