The chilled Biffi Sauce “Cacio e Pepe” (Roman cheese and black Pepper) has been selected by the technical jury of Cibus Connect 2019 – coordinated by the Italian review “Food” Editor – as being one of the 100 most innovative products of this event.

The product will be showed by the Cibus Innovation Corner, Hall 6.
